Matt joins Coldwell Banker Commercial Prime Properties as a new commercial broker fromGrand Junction. After graduating from CSU with a Bachelors of Science degree in Construction Management, Matt spent his first year after graduation managing apartment construction in California. Upon realizing he wanted to pursue a career in real estate, Matt took a 3 month sabbatical to travel Japan before returning to Grand Junction. Matt's friends and colleagues know him for his approachable and professional demeanor, and his ability to navigate challenges with astounding poise. He enjoys real estate because it's a vehicle through which he can give back to the community and create new opportunities. As a new commercial broker, his goal is to help small business owners in Mesa County reach their full potential, and facilitate the growth of established businesses. Matt loves Grand Junction because of its small town vibe and great access to outdoor recreation. In his free time, Matt enjoys golfing, traveling, tennis, and skiing at Powderhorn Resort.
